Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield's replacements on This Morning confirmed
A brand new presenting duo will take over from Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield during their annual Easter break.
Holly and Phil will be taking an extended break from our screens for their Easter holidays, with yesterday being their last show until after the Easter break.
But while we’ll be sorry to see them go, we can’t wait to see their replacements in action next week, as there are a couple of surprises in store…
ITV has announced that two famous faces will be taking up their spots on the This Morning sofa, with John Barrowman being joined by Emily Atack.
It’s the first time the pair have presented together, but the two actors developed a strong bond in the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle last year.
‘I am absolutely over the moon to be joining This Morning with my best mate John Barrowman over Easter,’ Emily told The Sun.
‘It’s a dream come true to be presenting one of my favourite shows. I look forward to being on the iconic sofa. We’re going to have so much fun.’

John stepped in to fill Phillip’s shoes earlier this year, presenting the show alongside Holly, which left some viewers calling for more.
‘I love John, please invite him to host more often!’ one fan begged. ‘John Barrowman on This Morning is the best idea ever,’ declared another viewer.
‘I love @Schofe but who better to replace him temporarily than the FABULOUS @JohnBarrowman,’ another echoed. ‘Brilliant choice… the more we have of him on TV the better as far as I am concerned.’
‘Great choice, love John such a breath of fresh air,’ said another fan.
One viewer even suggested getting Emily in to join him back in January, writing: ‘Should be John Barrowman and Emily Atack presenting the show.’
Fans of TV’s newest double act could have another treat in store too, as John and Emily are rumoured to be hosting their own show together later on in the year.
