Alongside it she wrote, ‘Happy 1-Month Birthday to our baby boy, Matthew! He has inherited his dad’s brown hair and his mom’s desire to be carried around all day in a baby sling. He’s a good boy. ❤️❤️’.
Many fans and friends of the star were quick to send their congratulatory messages, with one commenting, ‘Congratulations!!! So happy for you guys!❤️’
Another wrote, ‘So many congratulations to you and your family. Matthew must be a good sleeper as you look wonderful 👍🏻’.
A third said, ‘Ahhhhh Ellie!!!! Congrats!!! Hope you’re feeling good and getting some form of sleep! 🎉’.
This is Ellie and Michael’s second child, as they are also parents to son James Miller, whom they welcomed in July 2016.

Speaking during an appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan to promote her animated film The Secret Life of Pets 2 last June, Ellie revealed her second pregnancy was proving to be a lot tougher on her body.
“The first trimester was awful”, she said. “I have a 2-year-old now and when I was pregnant with him, I was fine. First trimester [this time], just terrible! Just tired and nauseous and all of it.”
While the mum decided not to find out the gender until the baby was born, she revealed at the time that her son had already picked his brother’s name.
“He does not watch the show PAW Patrol, but he has friends who watch it and so I think Marshall is a character on PAW Patrol. He’s not as creative as I thought. He just heard someone say Marshall”, she said.
However, it seems little James' suggestion didn't stick... maybe next time!
