Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds confirm arrival of third child and reveal gender
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have confirmed they have become parents for a third time, after reports suggested their new baby was born two months ago.
The Deadpool actor shared a sweet picture with wife Blake and their new baby, revealing they had another girl.
Reports that the couple had welcomed their third child emerged earlier this month. According to Us Weekly, the actress gave birth two months ago but the couple only confirmed the news now and they are yet to reveal the baby name they picked.
The pregnancy was revealed back in May, when Blake surprised fans with a baby bump at the red carpet while attending the premiere of Pokemon Detective Pikachu.
The couple already have two daughters – four-year-old James and three-year-old Inez, who was born in 2016.
The duo got married in 2012, after meeting on the set of the actor’s film Green Lantern in 2010.
Speaking to People about her parenting style, Blake said, “I think it’s hard to slap labels on any parents because it’s just so tricky.

“It’s like every moment you’re figuring out what the heck you’re doing. You think, ‘Ooh, should I be more strict, or should I be more I don’t know, emotional?’ Or whatever it is.
“If anybody knows how to be a parent, I feel like grandparents really know how to be parents. But parents, you just figure it out as you go. So, I wouldn’t put a label on it.”
Ryan has also opened up about how he and the Gossip Girl star operate as a family, revealing that they always travel together if one of them has to be away for work.
He told People, “Blake and I don’t do movies at the same time. If she is doing a movie in Thailand and I am doing a movie in Vancouver we would just never see each other.
“We operate as a unit, and that works really well for us.
“The kids stay with us, and the family stays together, and that is where home is. So if we are in Spain or Utah or New York, as long as we are together, we’re home.”
Congrats to Blake and Ryan!
