Dad's hilarious tweets about life with four daughters go viral
We want to be friends with the five year old...
Some dads just win at parenting, and that's certainly true for James Breakwell - who regularly tweets the hilarious things his four daughters say to him on a daily basis.
As a dad of only girls there's plenty of material to go around, with his eldest being just five years old.
And it looks like people love the adventures of a dad living in a house with four little girls. His Twitter feed has 324,000 followers with his tweets being retweeted and favourited hundreds of times each.
From the awkward things children come out with to the full on funny expressions five year olds can have, James documents it all through social media.
James started tweeting in 2012 as a way to drive traffic to his blog, but gave that up when he realised people were more interested in the quick jokes on his Twitter page than clicking through to a website.
In an interview with Metro James was asked if he's thought about what happens when his girls are on social media. He replied by saying: 'If my kids read all these tweets years from now, it's going to give them a very warped view of what their childhoods were actually like. I'm the reason they'll end up in therapy for the rest of their lives. But in in the short term, it's working out well for me, and that's really all that matters.'
In the same interview James was asked whether he wished he had a boy, to which he replied: 'I don't wish I'd had a boy. I got my girls to like Star Wars and Xbox, so I don't know that raising a boy would be that much different. I'm equally capable of ruining a child from either gender.'
