Eddie Murphy is expecting his 10th child
At 57-years-old, Eddie Murphy is becoming a father for the 10th time.
The actor already has nine children and now his brood is set to expand as his girlfriend, Paige Butcher, has been spotted with a baby bump while out shopping in Los Angeles.
A representative told People Magazine: ‘Eddie Murphy and longtime girlfriend Paige Butcher are pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child in December.’
Eddie began dating the 39-year-old Australian actress back in 2012, and they already have a two-year-old daughter, Izzy Oona Murphy.
Eddie has eight other children from previous relationships.
He has his eldest son, Eric, 29, with Paulette McNeely. He also shares five children – Bella Zahra, 16, Zola Ivy, 18, Shayne Audra, 23, Miles Mitchell, 25, and Bria, 28 – with his ex-wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy.
The Dr Dolittle star also has a 27-year-old son, Christian, with Tamara Hood, and an 11-year old daughter, Angel Iris, with former Spice Girl Mel B.

When Angel was born, Eddie initially denied that he was the child’s father, and demanded Mel take a paternity test.
It has since been claimed in court by Eddie’s lawyer that the actor is ‘not interested’ in Angel, as Mel’s ex-husband Stephen Belafonte attempts to be granted step-parent visitation rights.
Back in 2010, Mel described her time being pregnant with Angel as ‘horrible’, but revealed that Eddie had begun spending time with their daughter on her reality show Mel B: It’s A Scary World.
Eddie has previously opened up about fatherhood when speaking to reporters at his daughter Bria’s art exhibition in 2016.
‘I really got lucky with my kids,’ Eddie said. ‘There really isn’t a bad one in the bunch, everyone turned out to be really good people.
‘None of my kids are like me, and I’m sure parents say this all of the time, they are all totally different from each other. None of them are chips off the old block. They all have their own thing. They’re good kids.’
