'We came back from Mallorca with excess baggage!' Brendan Cole and wife Zoe confirm that they're expecting their second child

Strictly Come Dancing star Brendan Cole, who is already dad to four-year-old Aurelia, has revealed that he and wife Zoe are now expecting their second child.

While many of the stars from this year's Strictly Come Dancing series have been posting behind-the-scenes shots of training, Brendan - who is partnered with Good Morning Britain presenter Charlotte Hawkins - decided to reveal a baby bombshell instead!

The ballroom professional took to Instagram to share a clip of his other half clutching her growing baby as she kicked one leg up in celebration.

The 41-year-old playfully captioned the image with: 'Hey all... @zoecole and I have news...'

The star has 54.5k followers, many of whom were quick to share their congratulations with the happy couple.

'Another wee bubba. Congratulations xxx' one wrote, while another commented, not forgetting their firstborn: 'Congrats to you both! And to big sister to be ! :) xxx'

'Omg this is amazing news I'm so happy for the 3 of you becoming 4 ❤️' agreed another fan, followed by one who got all emoji happy: 'Fantastic news Brendan 👍👍👍 Congratulations to both Zoe & yourself 👍👍👍 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉'

Fellow Strictly professional dancer Oti Mabuse also got in on the congratulatory action, as she tweeted: 'Congratulations to my big brother @BrendanCole couldn't be more happier for you #baby news.'

Brendan's previous 'favourite' partner, Sophie Ellis-Bextor also wished the couple congrats: 'Woo! Congratulations guys! Happy happy news.'

Brendan's wife, Zoe, later confirmed the pregnancy herself with a funny quip: 'Yes it's true! Came back from Mallorca recently with a little excess baggage! @brendancoleinsta #whathavewedone #babyonboard #excitedandscared #parents #ourfamily #morejunkinthetrunk', alongside a snap of herself showing off her baby bump in a bikini while posing alongside her shirtless husband and four=year-old Aurelia on a sandy Mallorca beach.

New Zealand-born Brendan and his British model wife Zoe married in 2010, and welcomed their daughter Aurelia into the world on Christmas Day 2012.

Before their relationship, he was engaged to fellow dancer Camilla Dallerup, with whom he performed on Strictly's long-running predecessor Come Dancing.
